"We couldn’t imagine executing our programs with the trust, confidence, and professionalism we experience without Scott And Scott Goodlett Events.
You will never meet anyone with the passion and love for the state of Kentucky as Scott Goodlett. He is a true “Kentucky Proud Product” and a true ambassador of the State of Kentucky.
You will feel at ease and know immediately you are in good hands while speaking with Scott because it is all about you and your organization. It is not about him receiving the credit for a job well done, but how you look in the eyes of your organization. It's all about Customer Service professionalism. Whether you are a group of 10 or 300, each person will have a whole new appreciation for Bourbon, Kentucky Bluegrass Music, and the Majestic Kentucky Thoroughbred Horse. It does not matter if you are coordinating a family reunion or a meeting for a Fortune 500 company for top executives you will always leave knowing you have a new friend in the Bluegrass State.
His relationships with Master Distillers, Thoroughbred farms, horse owners, and trainers allows him the ability to create extraordinary executive events only he can do. I highly recommend Scott for any group meeting or excursion for the most unique, memorable, event when visiting Kentucky."

"Panasonic has been a substantial partner with Churchill Downs for the past 3 years and each year we bring a select group of high profile executives out to Louisville for the Kentucky Derby weekend. The 2016 Kentucky Derby was no different and we wanted to do something very special for our guests. Scott Goodlett Events came highly recommended from several sources so I put in a call. To my surprise, Scott himself picked up the phone and immediately assured me that I came to the right place. Scott was instrumental in securing transportation for the Derby weekend and also arranged an incredible private VIP tour and tasting of the world famous Buffalo Trace Distillery. On our tour, we were joined by master distiller, Dave Scheurich, whose knowledge and charisma made the experience unforgettable. Our guests had an incredible time and the weekend was a resounding success. Scott is the real deal and I would highly recommend him to plan your next event."

"As an executive assistant for a fast moving executive team, I cannot thank or recommend Scott Goodlett and his team of professionals enough for their outstanding commitment to ensure that our goal to experience the unique charm and industry of Kentucky was perfect. I’m located in Washington, DC and have never been to Kentucky, so it was a huge relief that from my first call to Scott, I knew I could trust him as we planned an important meeting that included business, state and county leaders coming in from across the country. He was friendly, confident and adjusted ideas easily to the needs of our group. Within minutes, we had a fantastic plan everyone on my team was excited about. I’m so glad I followed Scott’s advice. We had a complex schedule behind the scenes, that included a dinner presentation, transportation, lunch, races, tours and a catered dinner. Because of the perfect planning and timing advice Scott was able to provide, our entire event was absolutely smooth and effortless. Scott was spot on with estimating the timing for the meals, transportation around traffic and the best vendors for our group. Master Distiller Dave Scheurich and tour guide Martha Martin both did a fantastic job of engaging our guests by weaving in details that corresponded to the purpose of our meetings and going with the interests of the guest as they asked questions.
Scott was always very prompt to respond whenever I called or emailed with questions and truly a pleasure to work with. During our actual events, it was very clear everyone on his team was well informed and working together to make the entire program a success. I never had a moment’s worry.
Scott Goodlett and the professionals he arranged to help provide the highest quality of service for our events left our guests with a lasting impression of genuine Kentucky hospitality."

"As a Sr. Executive Assistant at Sodexo, I was slated to plan a 2-day offsite Strategy meeting for my Culinary Solutions team in August. After looking at several locations we ended up in Lexington, KY. One of the main reasons we choose the location was from my conversation with Scott Goodlett. The hotel gave me his contact information for an offsite event and from the moment we spoke I knew we were in great hands. As a team that handles all the North America Food Platform needs for our company we have a very casual group with 5-star expectations, so not an easy group to please. Scott worked with me to plan a very special outing. It started with transportation to and from our hotel with an the on-board tour guide, who’s knowledge of the horse industry as well as the history of the area kept us all entertained and more importantly taught us way more than we could have expected. The guide stayed with us on our thoroughbred farm tour where we were thrilled to meet several well-known race horses. It was such an amazing experience. The next stop of the afternoon was a tour of Buffalo Trace Distillery. Our guide Jeff, took us on an hour tour of the property and although it was hot the team was fascinated every step of the way. The finale of our day was a catered dinner in the Single Malt room at Buffalo Trace with special guest, Distiller, Lisa Wicker. She had dinner with our team socializing all about bourbon, followed by a presentation and bourbon tasting.
Scott and I connected from the first time we spoke. As the weeks of planning went by, each time we talked, it was if we had known each other for years. Scott’s attention to detail, knowledge of the area and the great experts he arranged for the team made my event unforgettable.
As I mentioned early, I have a casual team with 5-star expectations and they were blown away with this event. No small feat and Scott made it all happen for us. It’s been almost a month now and we are still talking about the trip to Lexington."
